Wedding Invitation Etiquette

wedding invitation etiquette
There are certain rules of etiquette that you need to know when writing an invitation.
Invite the partners of guests who are married, engaged, or living with a significant other.
Spell out all dates, times, and states; for example “half after five o’clock in the evening”; and “the twenty-fourth of April”. Spell out all words in the address, including Street, Road and Avenue. The two exceptions to this rule in an address are Saint (St.) and Mount (Mt.)
Put return postage on your response cards.
Send wedding invitations at least six to eight weeks before of your event.
Write out names in full, including middle names.

Wedding Style Tips

wedding style
Wedding style is not only about wedding dress. Wedding style is about representing two individual identities and their union simultaneously. Choose a wedding style that represents the personalities of both the bride and the groom. So when you decide what style you like, talk to your fiance.
You don’t have to choose your wedding color right away, especially when you don’t have a definite color scheme in mind. What you need to do is start making plans and see. There’s no specific rule about how to choose wedding colors. Your chosen color scheme will help to determine your flowers. Go with a dress style that suits with your personality. The wedding dress determines what kind of jewelry you can wear.
